Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping within the United Kingdom is free.  Shipping to EEA countries, the USA and Canada will depend upon the weight of the item(s) bought and will be displayed during checkout. 

Tariffs

We do not have control over tariffs, customs or duties on import and this will be handled between you and the courier who is responsible to charge you any tariffs, customs or duties (and in the EEA, VAT) on behalf of your government.   

Packaging

There is no charge for packaging.  However, for orders that contain two or more pairs of flags, shipments will be made per pair of flags as our current operations do not support the amalgamation of products into bulk packaging. 

Dispatch

We do not hold worship flags on stock but produce them individually for each order - this means you are the creator of the worship flags you ordered.  

Once an order is placed, the products will usually be ready for dispatch within 3 - 4 weeks. 

For out-of-stock items, it usually takes 3 months to replace stock and manufacture the flags.  This long lead time is due to the various artisans requiring time to complete their manufacturing step as well as delays by transport and customs. 

For pre-order items (that means items not yet in production), please inquire for any estimated delivery date.
