Returns

For items bought from our website

All our swing flags are made to order which means that they are custom products made especially for you.  As a result we cannot accept any return after you have received and accepted your flags unless the items you received are damaged, defective or are the wrong item.  Neither a change of mind nor wear and tear through normal or excessive usage is an acceptable reason for a return.

Please see section To start a return and return conditions below to start a return.  Return shipping costs will be paid by you.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  For any return that we accept, we will replace it with the same or an equivalent product as agreed with you but we will not refund you. 

For items bought during an event

On occasion when we sell our flags at events that means you can buy some flags and receive them immediately at those events. In this instance we will have flags produced for you to buy and for those flags we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item(s) to request a return which must be done by e-mail as set out in the section below titled To start a return and return conditions

We accept returns if the item you bought is damaged or has a defect, is not functional or a wrong item for up to 14 calendar days after you bought the item.  Neither a change of mind nor wear and tear through normal or excessive usage is an acceptable reason for a return.  If we accept a return, the cost for postage to us will be borne by you and we will replace the returned item with the same or an equivalent product as agreed with you but we will not refund you. 

To start a return and return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (the product box and, where applicable, the mailing carton). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase sent to you on check-out.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lovetoworship.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping cost will be paid by you.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and we will not refund you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of custom products, sale items or gift cards.  We also cannot accept a return if you changed your mind and no longer want an item or your flags have experienced wear and tear through normal or excessive usage.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.

Exchanges
Where we accepted a return from you, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to e-mail us telling us what you want the returned item to be exchanged with.  Alternatively, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Any return products will be exchanged against the same or equivalent products as agreed with you.  If exceptionally we agree with you to refund you, then, after we’ve received and inspected your return, we let you know if the refund was approved or not.  We will check that the returned items are damaged, defective or wrong as you said or that they are unused, still in their original packaging and wrapping.   

If we refund you, we will let you know and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
